Took a lot of pictures tonight. I’ll start with a little gallery, then the diary.
Okay. Arriving here at Seattle’s Moore Theatre…
the view from the bus alley in back is a bit daunting.
I see there’s a hotel attached (or was.) Inside, a poster of it shows what used to be the room rates and a swimming pool I wouldn’t want to be in.
Frank comes onstage and points out the upper balcony, way up there
Yes, it’s ‘nose bleed’ seats for sure.
I’m interested to check it out, so after soundcheck,
through the lobby where Fire is setting up the merch…
Wow. Not the place to check out the guitarists’ pick technique
But they have their own artwork up here, and it’s nice
One more look down, and I’m getting dizzy… I’m out of here!
Backstage, (well, under the stage), we met Minah, a sweet dog, who was only a little interested in what we have to eat.
Not done yet… Encores!
I write this often, but it’s worth repeating; if you want to see yourself in a photo, try single clicking on it, then clicking again, for larger version. (you then have to then choose return to get back to the original size page.)
Great show.
Here’s Nick, and a reminder that, though things are over for us in the band, there’s a lot of work still to be done by the crew.
Coming up, a few days break for the Thanksgiving holiday. Happy holiday to you all who are visiting the page.
We’ll head for Chicago, near where our next show will be. And on Friday, I’ll be making an appearance at Reckless Records, on Milwaukee Ave, to help support Record Store Day.
More soon.
