Another great show for us, so, okay, I’m going to stop saying that each road diary post!

And, to shake things up for myself, I’ll post my photos of the day out of the usual order they were taken in.

Earlier in the day, and not nearly as much fun… our soundcheck.

We run a few songs so that Frank, who is our front of house engineer, can get the feel of the venue – each place has different sound challenges.

And we tweak our gear! Doug handles Steve’s guitars…

Thomas handles Adrian’s gear and mine… a busy man, to be sure.

Backstage is less exciting

though things perk up when we get in show gear and start heading to the stage

and on the dark side of the stage

we perform our usual ritual of joining fists…

(and I continue my daily ritual of getting the exposure wrong for the picture!)

and, yeah, then we go onstage… but, hey, I’m going to jump to the Encore, where I have a chance to shoot Steve coming onstage

Back at the start of the show, I did get a shot of Adrian, before I had to go to work… put down the camera, pick up the Stick!
