King Crimson’s first time playing Brazil, we didn’t know what kind of audience to expect, and it was great.

The venue is Espaço das Américas - after the old theaters we’ve been playing, this looks like a huge rock club! But turned out the sound was very good, so we’re pleased with the choice of venue.

It was a great welcome to Brazil - the audience was wonderful.

Next for us is Rio de Janiero and something unusual for us; playing at a big rock festival where the audience isn’t there just to see us. Also we’re just allowed an hour long set - lots less than we’re used to playing. So it’ll be exciting, something very different, and we’ll see how a regular rock audience responds to Crimson’s music at Rock in Rio
