Great to be back here at l’Olympia in Paris. It’s not a home town show, but boy I’ve been part of a lot of wonderful concerts here, with King Crimson and Peter Gabriel (some dating back to 1980, when it was called L’Olympia Bruno Coquatrix.)

(There was also a day off before the show, so I got to visit some favorite places and people.)

Backstage, as usual, a bit of work to be done

Great night. We’re at that early stage of the tour where there are plenty of surprises… “oh, that’s how that section goes…” kind of things. It’s part of the fun, and it won’t be many more shows til we’re totally familiar with everything that can happen in the pieces. (Which is when sometimes you go looking for the surprises.)

Back on the bus now, headed for Dusseldorf and the next show. More soon.
